The following full-time position is available immediately:

Director of Operations

District-Wide

Preferred Qualifications:

• To oversee all facilities and grounds construction, renovation, maintenance, custodial, and security.
• Degree or Trade School certificate in related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Experience in construction and facilities management, with demonstrated competence in operations and maintenance of physical plant and grounds.
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience.
• General mechanical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints.
• Develop annual budgets and long-term capital plans in coordination with department supervisors and consultants.
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications that the district may find appropriate and acceptable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
