Anticipated full-time and part-time openings for all grade levels:

Instructional, Special Education & Special Support Paraprofessionals

Student School Days

Qualifications:

• Completion of at least two (2) years of postsecondary study (48 credits of postsecondary education); or, possess an associate degree or higher (in any subject), as evidenced by transcripts, required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills
• Experience working with special needs students, desired

Additional Requirements:

• Completion of PDE required training (on-line training courses)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• May be required to lift up to 40 lbs.

Additional documents that are required for employment but are not required to apply:

• Current (less than one-year old) clearances: Child Abuse, PA State Police Criminal History, FBI Fingerprint Record
• Completion of PA Act 168 Disclosure Release Form(s) – successful candidates will receive electronic notification

Hourly Rate: As per Collective Bargaining Agreement
