A N T I C I P A T E D   V A C A N C Y

The following position(s) may be available in the upcoming 2019-2020 school year:

Part-Time Food Service Team Member

Student Days (up to 4.5 hours per day)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Demonstrate aptitude or competence for assigned responsibility
• Pleasant, friendly demeanor
• Willing to become Serve Safe Certified
• Food service prep experience a plus but not necessary to apply
• Ability to operate a cash register/point of sale computer
• May be assigned to various locations; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation essential 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in varying temperatures 

Performance Responsibilities:

• Assist as directed in the preparation of food
• Serve students and staff from serving line
• Keep serving counter clean and restocked
• Maintain kitchen/serving area in a neat and sanitary fashion

Additional documents that are required for employment but are not required in order to apply:

• Current (less than one year old) clearances: Child Abuse, PA State Police Criminal History, FBI Fingerprint Record 
• Completion of PA Act 168 Disclosure Release Form(s) – successful candidates will receive electronic notification 

Hourly Rate: $14.40
