The following full-time position may be available immediately:
Full-time Systems and Endpoint Administrator
Central Office
(40 hours/week – 12 months)
REPORTS TO: Director of Technology Innovation and Instructional Design,
Assistant Director of Network and Security
JOB GOAL: Serve as systems administrator and provide endpoint management for all District devices.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelor’s Level Degree (degree must emphasize computer science, information technology/ network administration, or related field)
- Certification: Any one of the following industry certifications or equivalent:
- CompTIA Server+/ Security+,
- Cisco Certified Network Associate or similar networking certification,
- MS Certified Enterprise Administrator or similar, or
- Google Certified IT Support
- Experience: Minimum of four (4) years in computer administration with a focus on supporting IT systems (e.g., VMWare, Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange/ Active Directory)

Job Summary:
- Configure, maintain, and support district IT application systems including, but not limited to: O365, Azure, Google, Exchange, AWS, VMWare, etc.
- Develop and maintain task automation ensuring application and systems interoperability.
- Manage application integrations including, but not limited to: SIS report exports, rostering services, application uploads, etc.
- Configure and update servers, VMs, and network-server appliances.
- Maintain backups for district and cloud storage and services. Provide restoration services as necessary, auditing regularly.
- Provide print management by configuring, updating, and troubleshooting printers, print servers, and services.
- Maintain Active Directory services and Single Sign-on (SSO) connections for applications.
- Endpoint enrollment, deployment, and management of District endpoints.
- Development and deployment of applications, policies, configurations to District endpoints, including, but not limited to: user devices, printers, network-attached devices, etc.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for endpoints as escalated to Tier III.
- Maintain highest standards of cyber safety and security, complying with internal and industry standards and ensuring regular auditing of systems to meet standards.
- Provide ongoing training of other department personnel.
- Update personal technological knowledge and skills.
- Maintain and display the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, and customer service.
- Other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $40.87 - $50.48 per hour
